What are the park's admission policies for children?

Children aged 0 to 2 years receive complimentary access. Those aged 3 to 15 years, or with a height between 90 cm and 120 cm, can enter at a special child rate. Adult rates apply to those aged 16 and over or taller than 120 cm.

Can I bring my own food and drinks into the park?

Outside food and beverages are not permitted in Gumbuya World. However, guests can bring plastic or metal water bottles for hydration. The park offers a variety of dining options for guests to enjoy.

What should I do if I need to cancel my booking?

If your plans change, you can receive a full refund by canceling your booking at least 24 hours before your scheduled activity. Please note that lost, stolen, or damaged tickets cannot be refunded.
