What are the weight restrictions for passengers?

Passengers must not exceed a weight limit of 110kgs each. Those approaching or over this limit may need to wait for a suitable flight. Seat belt extenders are not provided.

Can I take photographs during the tour?

Photography is prohibited during the walk to and from the Heliport, but passengers are allowed to take their own pictures inside the helicopter. A staff member will also take a photo in front of the helicopter for purchase.

What amenities are provided during the tour?

Headsets will be provided for passengers during the tour. Lockers are available free of charge for storing bags, hats, and scarves.

What happens if the tour is canceled due to weather conditions?

Tours are subject to weather conditions and may be canceled by the Supplier. In case of cancellation, rescheduling or full refunds will be offered. All operations comply with local Covid-19 regulations.
