- Participants must be at least 6 years old to sign up for either the 5K or 10K events. - All runners are required to gather at the designated venue by 5:00 AM sharp to ensure an organized start. - The race will commence promptly at 6:00 AM, marking the beginning of an exhilarating competition. - Complimentary parking is available for all vehicles at the venue, providing convenience for participants and supporters alike. - Volunteers and support staff will be positioned strategically along the route, offering assistance and encouragement to all runners. - Medical aid and hydration stations will be readily accessible throughout the course, ensuring participants' safety and wellbeing. - Runners must only compete in the category for which they are officially registered. - Bib numbers and timing chips are strictly linked to individual participants—there can be no transfers. - Engaging in any form of bib exchange or allowing unregistered individuals to participate will result in immediate disqualification, along with a ban from all future events. - Adherence to the start times is crucial; runners arriving late will not receive official timing or certificates. - Bibs should be worn on the front of the T-shirt or vest, without any damage or alterations, for them to remain valid. - Accurate official timing will only be captured if the GPS-enabled bib is worn as instructed. - Participants who fail to wear their bibs correctly will be ineligible for prizes and certificates. - To claim awards, prize winners are required to present valid identification. - The organisers maintain the right to adjust prize amounts or categories if deemed necessary. - The presence of infants, children below the eligible age, or unregistered participants during the race is strictly forbidden. - Adequate traffic management and law enforcement support will be in operation; participants must comply with all safety directives. - The organising team reserves the right to stop any runner who appears medically unfit to continue the race. - For security purposes, no baggage counters will be provided, and participants are discouraged from bringing valuables. - Cooperation with police and event staff is essential; security checks may be conducted as part of the event protocol. - Cut-off times will be enforced at selected points along the route to facilitate the reopening of roads for traffic. - Runners who miss these cut-off times must transition to the footpath and finish at their own discretion and risk. - In the unfortunate event of cancellation due to unsafe weather conditions or other serious concerns, refunds will be processed within a timeframe of 25–30 days via NEFT or account transfer. - By registering for the event, all participants acknowledge the inherent risks of running and agree not to hold the organisers liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during the race. - Professional photographers will be present to capture memorable moments during the race. - By registering, participants give their consent for the use of their photographs and videos for promotional purposes related to the event.
