We celebrated my wife's birthday here with all the grandkids and had a fascinating time. The wildlife was amazing: elk, deer, and caribou came right up to the truck for carrot treats. It reminded us how diverse North American wildlife is-from trout in the lake to raccoons, otters, bears, long‑horned goats, wild boar, wolves, and bison. The facilities are first class while retaining a rustic feel. We especially enjoyed the wolf talk with Tom in the wolf area. He was polite, knowledgeable, and a true ambassador for Parc Omega. His Parisian French accent when speaking English was a delight-kudos to him. A couple of practical tips: tickets are a bit pricey, so try to go early and take advantage of the early bird special. Bring your own carrots, as the ones sold in the park are expensive. It makes for a full day of fun, and you should be prepared to walk a bit. We will definitely return-perhaps for an evening with the wolves next time.

Amazing experience all around! We were worried about scratches on the vehicle, but the deer were very gentle - one even put his head fully inside the car to pull carrots straight out of the bag. Carrots are reasonably priced and sold on site. Whether you bring your own or buy them there, I recommend the smaller carrots that are easier to break into pieces. We went through our supply quickly during the first half of the visit, so we stocked up halfway through; the second half had noticeably fewer deer to feed. We arrived just after the park opened, so the deer were ravenous, and by the time we left many had retreated to the shade. We did the full self-driving tour, then walked to the wolf viewing area and the wolverine pen. We spent about three hours in total and could have easily taken more time in some areas. 10/10 would recommend!

An exceptional experience and one of the highlights of our trip. Driving through Omega Park and feeding the animals directly from the car makes the visit unique and enjoyable for both adults and children. Tip: bring carrots in advance, although they are also available for purchase at the Maison du Parc on site. We were fortunate to spend the night in one of the wolf chalets, which was truly incredible. The accommodation is not cheap, but worth it for such a special experience. The chalet spans two floors and offers direct views of the wolf area. In the evening we enjoyed a local cheese fondue inside the chalet, which added to the memorable atmosphere. The best part was seeing the wolves several times right in front of the windows - unforgettable. There are also multiple stops throughout the park for food, drinks, and restrooms, so the visit is comfortable and well organized. Overall, a fantastic nature experience that we highly recommend when visiting the region.

A beautiful place that excels at conserving flora and fauna. I enjoyed feeding carrots to the deer and had a memorable stay at the Wolf Chalet, with only a French-window barrier between guests and the wolves. The park is active in every season, with each one offering something different.

This experience truly deserves five stars because it offers a rare opportunity to see wildlife up close. I deducted one star due to the way management and the system were handled during our visit. We visited on Feb 14, 2026 (long weekend), and the park was unexpectedly packed with vehicles. Since bookings are made online with time slots, we assumed vehicle numbers would be controlled; instead it felt overcrowded and raised safety concerns. Main concerns: 1. In several areas there are no clear signs indicating one-way or two-way traffic. What happens if there is a vehicle collision or an accident involving an animal, since animals roam freely? Long stretches with no exits mean vehicles could be stuck for a long time. 2. Allowing many vehicles at once seems environmentally questionable given the smoke inside the park while animals remain close to the drive paths. 3. Signs ask visitors not to feed certain animals carrots, yet people were feeding even bison to bring them to vehicles. Staff were nearby but did not intervene-what control measures are in place? 4. Tickets are priced per person even though the experience is entirely vehicle-based; one vehicle with one person or four people offers the same experience. 5. Why can the number of vehicles not be limited, especially when bookings are managed online? Tips for visitors: 1. Avoid overloading your vehicle; more than four people can make the ride uncomfortable and reduce close-up viewing opportunities. 2. One bag of carrots is usually enough. Do not throw carrots on the ground-this creates waste and diminishes the experience for vehicles behind you. This is a unique, wonderful park; with improved management focused on safety and visitor experience rather than volume, it could truly be a gem.
