Cancellation policy
Cancellations by youIn the event that you need to cancel your booking, please be advised that cancellation fees may apply. The following terms and conditions shall govern cancellations:
  1. Cancellation made less than two months before the scheduled booking date will not be eligible for a refund
  2. Cancellation made two months or more before the scheduled booking date will be eligible for a 100% refund
  3. Refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days.
Please note that if the reason for your cancellation falls within the scope of the experience policy, you may be entitled to reclaim the applicable charges.Additionally, we reserve the right to levy an additional refund fee of 3% on any refunded amount.
Date changesIn cases where changes to the booking dates are requested, the same policies governing cancellations will apply if no specific terms and conditions regarding date changes are provided for your particular booking.
Cancellations by SuppliersThere may be occasions when either we or the supplier must make changes or cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances. In such instances, we reserve the right to take such actions at any time. Should such a situation arise, we will make every effort to contact you as promptly as possible.Upon notification of a cancellation or change by the supplier, you will have the option to either accept an offer for alternative dates or arrangements of comparable standard (with any price difference refunded if the alternative is of lesser value), or cancel your holiday and receive a full refund of all monies paid, provided that the "Force majeure" or "Fitness/requirements not met" clauses do not apply.
  1. Fitness/requirements not met - In rare circumstances, the supplier may find it necessary to remove you from the booking if your ability to safely participate in the activity is compromised due to insufficient fitness, medical issues, or failure to meet the pre-stated booking requirements. In such cases, the supplier's judgment on safety matters shall be final. Regrettably, you will not be eligible for a refund or any form of credit in such instances.
  2. Force majeure - Except where explicitly stated otherwise in these Terms, the Operator shall not be held liable or obliged to compensate you or offer a refund for a cancelled booking if the Operator's contractual obligations are affected by "unavoidable and extraordinary circumstances." Such circumstances refer to events beyond the Tour Operator's control, the consequences of which could not have been avoided even with the implementation of all reasonable measures. Examples of such events include warfare, acts of terrorism (and threats thereof), civil strife, labor difficulties, interference by authorities, political disturbances, significant health risks (such as outbreaks of serious diseases) at the travel destination, natural disasters (e.g., floods, earthquakes), or adverse weather conditions that make travel to or remaining at the destination unsafe. This also includes actions by any government or other national or local authorities, including port or river authorities, industrial disputes, lock closures, natural or nuclear disasters, fires, chemical or biological disasters, unavoidable technical problems with transportation, and all similar events outside the Tour Operator's or the supplier(s)' control.
CreditsIf you choose to cancel your booking (either to change dates or for any other reason), you may be issued a deposit credit on your account, subject to the following conditions:
  1. Credits can only be used towards the deposit of most bookings in the same currency as the credit.
  2. Credits cannot be utilised for balance payments.
  3. Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or in full.
  4. Credits are non-transferable.
  5. In the unlikely event that a booking is cancelled by the host or Tickete Inc, a new credit will be issued and shall remain valid for at least an additional 12 months.
  6. In case of a customer-initiated booking cancellation, no refund will be provided.
ChargebacksShould you raise a Chargeback through your bank or card issuer for a payment related to a booking with Tickete Inc, the booking will be considered cancelled by you, in accordance with our standard "Cancellations" terms.Tickete Inc retains the right to dispute a Chargeback through the Payment Provider and Card Networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.).The Chargeback process typically takes 45 days to reach a conclusion and may take longer in certain circumstances. During the pendency of an unsettled Chargeback, no adjustments or changes can be made to the associated booking. Furthermore, we reserve the right to restrict a customer from making new bookings after initiating a Chargeback.If a Chargeback dispute is resolved in favour of Tickete Inc, we reserve the right to pass on to the customer the Chargeback fees imposed by our Payment Provider, in addition to an administration fee equivalent to the value of the disputed booking or $100 (whichever amount is higher).
