These creations come to life in the dark, thanks to the illumination of over 10 million energy-saving light bulbs and yards of recycled luminous fabrics. - Among the notable installations is "Happiness Street," a tribute and a show of support for Dubai's global initiative to prioritize happiness as a measure of development.
