What should I wear and bring for the climb?

You'll be provided with climbing shoes and an over-clothing suit, but remember to wear socks. Dress appropriately for the weather, and bring your smartphone for photos, as cameras are not allowed.

Are there any age or weight restrictions for participants?

Yes, participants must be at least 8 years old with a height requirement of 120 cm. Additionally, there are weight restrictions: a maximum weight limit of 130 kg, waist circumference not exceeding 125 cm, and upper thigh measurement limited to 75 cm.

Can I bring my children with me, and are there any rules regarding how many can join?

Families can bring children aged 8 to 17, with a ratio of up to five children per accompanying adult.

What happens if I arrive late for my scheduled climb?

You must check in at least 15 minutes prior to your timeslot. Late arrivals will not be permitted entry and will forfeit any refund.
