Cancellation policy
Cancellations by youIn the event that you need to cancel your booking, please be advised that cancellation fees may apply. The following terms and conditions shall govern cancellations:
  1. Cancellation made less than six months before the scheduled booking date will not be eligible for a refund
  2. Cancellation made six months or more before the scheduled booking date will be eligible for a 100% refund
  3. Refunds will be processed within 2-7 business days.
Please note that if the reason for your cancellation falls within the scope of the experience policy, you may be entitled to reclaim the applicable charges.Additionally, we reserve the right to levy an additional refund fee of 3% on any refunded amount.
Date changesIn cases where changes to the booking dates are requested, the same policies governing cancellations will apply if no specific terms and conditions regarding date changes are provided for your particular booking.
Cancellations by SuppliersSupplier Liability, Refunds, and Force MajeureRole of PlatformWe act solely as a booking intermediary between you and the relevant attraction, tour operator, or activity provider ("Supplier"). We do not operate, control, or manage the services provided.By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree that:
  1. The Supplier is solely responsible for delivering the experience.
  2. The Supplier's terms and cancellation policies apply to your booking.
  3. Any refund, credit, or change is strictly subject to Supplier approval.
  4. We are not obligated to issue refunds unless and until funds are received from the Supplier.

No Automatic Refund PolicyAll bookings are final and subject to the cancellation and refund policy specified at the time of booking.If a booking is cancelled, modified, suspended, or refused by the Supplier for any reason:
  1. Refunds will only be processed if approved by the Supplier.
  2. We will only pass on the exact amount refunded by the Supplier.
  3. If the Supplier denies a refund, no refund shall be due from us.
By proceeding with payment, you expressly accept this condition.
Force Majeure and Unavoidable CircumstancesNeither we nor the Supplier shall be liable for cancellations, changes, or non performance caused by events beyond reasonable control.These include but are not limited to:
  1. Natural disasters such as floods, earthquakes, storms, fires, or other severe environmental events.
  2. War, armed conflict, military action, invasion, acts of foreign enemies, civil war, hostilities, or war like situations whether declared or undeclared.
  3. Terrorism, threats of terrorism, bomb threats, security incidents, or government security advisories.
  4. Political instability, riots, civil unrest, curfews, or emergency declarations by authorities.
  5. Government actions including travel bans, border closures, sanctions, visa restrictions, evacuation orders, or regulatory shutdowns.
  6. Public health emergencies including epidemics, pandemics, quarantine requirements, or health related travel restrictions.
  7. Strikes, industrial disputes, transport disruptions, technical failures, or closure of venues by authorities for safety or security reasons.

In such cases:
  1. Refunds, credits, or rescheduling are entirely subject to the Supplier's policy.
  2. We shall not be liable for any losses, including travel costs, accommodation, or incidental expenses.

Participation and Safety RequirementsSuppliers may refuse participation if you fail to meet safety, health, age, documentation, or other stated requirements.If participation is denied by the Supplier for these reasons:
  1. No refund shall be issued.
  2. The Supplier's decision shall be final.

AcknowledgmentBy completing your purchase, you confirm that:
  1. You have read and understood the applicable cancellation and refund policy.
  2. You accept that we act as an intermediary only.
  3. You agree that refunds are dependent on Supplier approval.
  4. You agree not to initiate a chargeback contrary to these agreed terms.
CreditsIf you choose to cancel your booking (either to change dates or for any other reason), you may be issued a deposit credit on your account, subject to the following conditions:
  1. Credits can only be used towards the deposit of most bookings in the same currency as the credit.
  2. Credits cannot be utilised for balance payments.
  3. Credits are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, either in part or in full.
  4. Credits are non-transferable.
  5. In the unlikely event that a booking is cancelled by the host or Tickete.co, a new credit will be issued and shall remain valid for at least an additional 12 months.
  6. In case of a customer-initiated booking cancellation, no refund will be provided.
ChargebacksShould you raise a Chargeback through your bank or card issuer for a payment related to a booking with Tickete.co, the booking will be considered cancelled by you, in accordance with our standard "Cancellations" terms.Tickete.co retains the right to dispute a Chargeback through the Payment Provider and Card Networks (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, etc.).The Chargeback process typically takes 45 days to reach a conclusion and may take longer in certain circumstances. During the pendency of an unsettled Chargeback, no adjustments or changes can be made to the associated booking. Furthermore, we reserve the right to restrict a customer from making new bookings after initiating a Chargeback.If a Chargeback dispute is resolved in favour of Tickete.co, we reserve the right to pass on to the customer the Chargeback fees imposed by our Payment Provider, in addition to an administration fee equivalent to the value of the disputed booking or $100 (whichever amount is higher).
